“NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! (Chicago location)”

I wanted to order some really special roses for my mom for Mother's Day and very sadly the SUPER EXPENSIVE roses that cost me around $150 showed up in terrible condition! Each rose was covered in really bad spots! I've literally been buying my mom beautiful flowers for Mother's Day for a very long time and this is literally the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I contacted the company and they apologized and said they would be happy to send my mom another order of roses. Well, to my shock, these roses were even WORSE than the first ones sent! So, I called the company again and they decided that they just weren't up to the task of sending beautiful roses to my mom, so they promised me a full refund. And a refund on a vase that I ordered to go with the roses that was so small there was zero way 2 dozen roses could fit in the tiny vase. So, I quickly got reimbursed for the tiny vase. But, day after day, I kept watching my bank account and saw that I had absolutely NOT been reimbursed for the TERRIBLE 2 dozen roses! So, I've got like 60 emails that could prove just how hard I had to work to FINALLY like 5-6 weeks later get my reimbursement! Each time I emailed or called, they would totally reassure me that I had absolutely been reimbursed and the problem was with MY BANK! I called my bank and they told me what I already knew. They were giving the run around! In fact, their customer service was really doubling down and at times straight up rude because they were absolutely CERTAIN the problem was NOT on their end. Well, guess what? All of a sudden, a customer service rep suddenly discovered that I was actually right! That they didn't know why but somehow I had NOT been reimbursed, but I should be now. So, I waited a handful of days and no reimbursement! Once again, I contacted their customer service and they apologized and said this had never happened before and their manager was working on it. AT LAST, their manager figured a way to FINALLY get a reimbursement to go through! This was like week 5? Maybe week 6? Lesson learned! Had I not been EXTREMELY persistent, I would have never gotten my reimbursement EVER. And I will NEVER EVER order from this company again! Worse experience I've ever had!
