Trying to get replacement part and left message with tech support as instructed. Seven hours and no call back so-called customer service and they said with an attitude "they will call you back when they are not busy"
I have purchased many medical examination beds, spa beds and chairs from oakworks and all of them have lasted me for years without a problem. The quality of their materials is excellent and in many cases superior to other beds costing far more. Aesthetically I like them more than some of the traditional type of examination beds. I find it best to just call them directly and their customer service has always been excellent. The cost of their beds are typically less than what you may find from other vendors of equivalent materials.

Very well made products and at reasonable prices, delivery was quick and customer service was good.
Overall I would definitely recommend them to friends and family :)
