Order 2 bottle. Sinful and Sweven, the company has to be writing the review, this was the worst smelling stuff I've bought. Was a complete waste of money. Nice bottle and package but didn't make up for what was in the bottle. It actually smell like something they would use to clean a hospital. I tried to see a good side, but there were none.

It has been almost a month of placing my order. Received and email with a tracking number saying it was shipped, but according to FedEx the package still has not been received. When I emailed and asked for status I was told they were "overwhelmed with orders" but failed to provide any other information as to when they expect to get it sent. Horrible service.

The orders from early December have not been shipped out. They are actively deleting all instagram comments where customers are asking about their order and not responding to any emails. Will never purchase anything from this scam company

I placed an order on Dec 17th 2023. I paid extra for quick shipping. I didn't get any notifications about shipping until December 25th 2023. It provides a tracking number to a lable that had been created but not received. It's now December 29th 2023 and FedEx has still not received the package and communication with customer service is by email only... and NOTHING is happening. My order was for $130 for Christmas gifts. It's completely useless.
So disappointed. I'll never order again.

I contacted them more than a few times asking for an update on a purchase. They do not reply! I posted reviews on all social media sites where they have a page. They blocked me on instagram. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Shows "fulfilled" with Oakcha, but has only had the label printed according to FedEx. They only have "*******@oakcha.com" as a mechanism to get assistance. I emailed with no response. Not even an automated got your email response. This place seems like a serious scam. Will be happy to remove this if proven otherwise but it should be at my house already.

Placed an order on Oakcha Website and payed, the shipping label was created on FedEx, but nothing was shipped. Result' I was charged, the product was not sent and they put the blame on FedEx. They don't have a phone number to reach and no email response was sent.

I was very hopeful, but soon disappointed after purchasing 4 different sample sets. Figured I would be able to pick from them which I'd like to purchase a full size. Well only one was OK, the rest all have a similar green synthetic smell. I couldn't really tell the difference between all the samples.I looked at their description of each scent on their website and found that none had the scent they described. Not impressed at all. No idea who posts the positive reviews. I'm not a perfume expert but I know a good scent.

I ordered the sample box and they all smell amazing. I ended up ordering sinful and svewn. I plan on ordering more.

Their marketing was convincing enough, I bought a sample pack hoping I'd find one I really liked. Every one of them smell terrible. I feel like they bought a bunch of out dated cologne and then mixed them up. The packaging is really good but that's about it. Very disappointing.

I'm not sure what everyone else is saying, but I do not believe these negative reviews. The dupes smell extremely similar to the original ones. You have to understand that you're buying a dupe/clone, which is a fraction of the cost compared to the original ones, so you can not expect it to smell EXACTLY like the original ones. I'm now part of the Oakcha Family and will be a returning customer. Go show them some love, you won't regret it trust me.

I bought Sweet Addict without smelling the original version and without a sample. Just reading what notes are in it assured me I'd like it. I absolutely adore it! It's the most unique perfume I have to date. I do plan on purchasing more of Oakcha's perfumes so I can't wait to see what else they have.

I purchase from Oakcha alot and I never have any issues, however i had a small issue with my order so i emailed them. I was surprise to know they got back to me in less than an hour, they were extremely helpful and fixed my issue with no problem. Just on customer service alone I will continue to buy from Oakcha!

I don't particularly care for it it burns my arm and it has a alcohol base I can smell it packaging is great

I recently made an order and it arrived on 9/6/2023. Upon receiving displeased with the packaging because it was subpar. So I reached out to customer service to share my concern, after corresponding with customer service, they went above and beyond their obligation to rectify the problem. I truly appreciate their sincerity, efficiency and dedication to great customer service. This is a company with great product and great customer service.

Products were not delivered because of the local post office error. I reached out to Oakcha and they immediately reprocessed the order so I could have the fragrances in time for a vacation
The scents are just as vibrant and even last longer than the "inspired by" brands. Can't wait to purchase more!

Baby when I tell you Oakcha did they thang on sinful smells just like TF lost cherry and it last longer on your skin I rather pay $30-$50 with Oakcha than $400 on TF whoever says sinful by Oakcha don't smell exactly the same as tf lost cherry body chemistry and hygiene has to be off

I ordered the discovery kit and Miss Girl. Only the discovery kit came in. I emailed Oakcha and with in two days they emailed me back and shipped out a new bottle for me! Absolutely wonderful costumer service. They truly care about their customers. And on top of that the scents last all day long.
