Without a doubt, Nutriessential is a game changer. Their supplements are of the highest quality, and their supplement line meets a variety of health requirements. Customer service is also excellent. I ordered a product and it has been more than a month since I placed my order. There is no update and no response about where the heck my order is. This seems to be a scam. Somebody please tell me where I can complain about these guys or write reviews which are visible to everyone. I don't want others to fall prey to this fake website.

On December 6th I place an order for 6 products
The order is shipped on December 14
The order is inspected by customs at destination on December 27
The order is delivered on January 16
When I receive the order, only 4 products arrived (I was never notified of this situation)
To date, January 18, they have not yet refunded my money for the 2 unpaid products.

It was very difficult to track my order. The USPS tracking number never shows any information. The customer service was not helpful because they were all the time asking me to refer to the tracking number. But no update on the website! I finally received the parcel 19 days after, I ordered.

Placed an order on Nov 20, got an email stating my order had shipped November 23, I sent an email Nov 27 asking for a tracking number, then called and emailed again Nov 28, I received a response back November 29 stating a tracking number would be provided soon buts it's now December 8 and still no tracking number.
Ill be initiating a credit card charge back if I don't get an update with the next couple of days.

Tracking number are generated when a shipping label is created, so the whole “processing times” are bogus

They sent me a refund. I must still say I unfortunately would not buy from them as it took them 3 business days to respond to my initial inquiry.
I have tried to contact the customer service for nutriessential.com for 3 days straight. They say they will contact you within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back. They still have not sent out my product. I am starting to wonder if this site is even legitimate. I am going to give them another day or two, and then file a fraud claim.
Don't trust this company Nutriessential.com, it is 100% scam. I wish I could add a picture of the products but all they sent me was an envelope which had tracking to prove they sent something. Ripped me off over $300

I ordered some Wobenzyme N, waited and never received so I reached out and was told they won't be in until late April, in the meantime I found elsewhere to purchase the product. I reached out for a refund and that is where I'm at now. Very poor communication still no refund numerous emails about how they are reviewing my case, very very hard to work with. I will not use again. They seem to be an overseas company do be very careful if you do business with them. I highly recommend you do not.

I found this site when I was looking for a supplement that was/is currently hard to find because of it's immune support properties. So, when it showed that one of these products were in stock, I ordered several. After waiting several weeks without receiving anything or any emails from them, I sent them an email. Two days later I got a response that the product was on back order and would be coming in the end of the month (Oct.) and shipped in order of orders received. Towards the end of Nov., still nothing, I sent them another email, this time i haven't gotten a response. I also made the mistake of placing another order with them that day that hasn't come. They also have billed me for products that I haven't received. I sent them another letter today, who knows if they'll respond?
Have had the most horrible experience with this company. First I didn't receive any shipping details re my order. After emailing them on the daily basis I finally manage to get the shipping details. After that it's been weeks and I still havnt received my order till now. It's going to be a month. I order a lot of supplements from other websites which are promptly shipped and delivered I shall never order anything from this company again

My order was backordered, but the people at Nutriessential always let me know what status my order was at. They even suggested substitutions for what I originally ordered. A good company to deal with.
After placing my order for supplements I have been given the run around over and over. It's been over a month and I have not received my product, no tracking number or any proof of document that my order is on the way or has even been filled. I've requested tracking numbers several times and they refuse to give it to me or respond to my emails. Like other reviews below, this company is a scam and completely fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I have ordered here for several times and I can say that the supplements are of a good quality first. And second, I never had issues with delivery. The parcel comes in time and very fast.
Beware of this company! I have been waiting for my order since December 2022 and it is now February 2023. Customer support have just given me the run around by email when I have asked for proof my order has shipped. Worst of all they haven't offered to give me a refund. I have asked twice by email for a refund and am yet to receive it. Appalling customer service that poor communication with new customers.

Without my consent! This is $140 aud! Did not tell me the true shipping rate before purchase. This is an insane amount of money for a couple of lightweight supplements. I have ordered Zinc and Vitamin C by Pure Encapsulations from few companies at the same time from my husband and I since we were getting paranoid from this tragic pandemic. The first company that we have received it from was Nutriessential which was drop shipped directly from Pure Encapsulation few days later then usual since in the past we have always receive our supplements need s from them within 2 days but they were faster then the other companies that we have order it from so we are grateful to them.

I made a purchase on 1st May 2023 for $242. The product never arrived. After 2 months of chasing I requested a refund. The company responded once after 2 months, with one sentence stating "check with customs" zero care or onus on delivering the item or it being missing still at 2 months.
It is now 4th October - 5 months later - they refuse to respond and will not return my money or provide the item- I have provided proof of tracking showing the item was never delivered and that it was returned to them by customs. They will not respond - please don't be conned and trust this company- they are a SCAM COMPANY and will STEAL your money!

Scam company! Florida address listed in website is fake! I made an order for $242 on 1st May. It is now 4th November 6 months later and I never received the item. I chased repeatedly and received a vague sentence at 2 months "check with local customs" with no tracking or ID or information on how to do so. I was then ignored until I started leaving negative feedback. I now receive vague sentences refusing to issue a refund. Cannot find any company registration details to report them. I have no money and to lose this with no recourse is devastating

It seems like you are trying to tarnish our image, our company was established in 2005 and we have fulfilled and shipped many orders throughout our existence.
Our support team has not only stayed connected with you but has tried their absolute best to guide you through the customs complexities as well. We have sent you the tracking information and attached our international shipping policy as well.
We have mentioned all the details in our shipping policy that due to us shipping worldwide, we cannot make any contact with customs of any country. We always request our customers to reach out to their local authorities. We also request our customers to check with their country on the permissions regarding different nutritional supplements being allowed or not.
I ordered from them in June. They advised in August they couldn't supply my product so I asked for a refund.
First they offered alternatives however I needed a specific brand they could not supply. Eventually agreed to a refund and then gave me the run around until it was over three months since the order and they cannot give a refund.
I've had to report it as fraud to my credit card company to get the refund.
