Based on My Online Order: Product: NuMe Pearl Curling Wand* Order Process Length: 11 days** (From placing order to receiving). Quality: The product was exactly as described. Including a heat protecting glove that works with either hand. Customer Service: I have not dealt with the staff yet, but I am concerned about the Limited Warranty*** should the product be defective after the 90 days.(Especially given the minor damage I explain below) Overall: I am satisfied with the product itself. It does give such unique looking curls because of the odd-shaped barrel. I absolutely love the length and ability to swivel the cord. Makes it so much easier to work with. Unfortunately, during packaging or en-route to me, there was a small chip in the ceramic coated barrel. It was too small to be seen in images, that I did not bother to request a return. Hope it doesn't effect anything in the future. -Knock on wood-
