I have been trying to get a refund for a antenna they claim will pull in TV channels for you. First they won't give me the return address. When they finally did, it turned out to be the same address that sent the package. Now there claiming they never received my return. It's been nothing but one thing after the other trying to return this thing. I've been trying since August 19th. They always want more and more information. Now they want a receipt for the mailing, I have Multiple Sclerosis and don't have the way to get to Post Office. Social Service only will take you to necessary places. The P. O. is not one of them. I made sure I had enough postage on package by calling PO and they told me eight would be enough, well I put 10 on it. They claim they never got it but the PO told me as long as I had a return address on it, if it was indeliverable they would return it to me. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THE ANTENNA DOESN'T WORK AND YOU DEFINETELY WON'T GET YOUR REFUND EITHER!
