Nordstroms

I tries to purchase Estee Lauder concealer from Nordstrom in Los Angeles. Store was out. Clerk stated she would order and have it sent to my home. Upon arrival, the brush was missing and the bottle was half full and clearly marked "TESTER". This was during height of covid in LA-who else used this. I called Nordstrom and they said sent it to them and they would replace only if I sent "TESTER" back. Why is that- hide or eliminate the evidence. They could and did identify purchase and look at pictures. No other comment or offer. I wrote all 3 Nordstrom brothers Eric, Peter, James (officers) and several other officers of the company. Not a single one provided a response to this health risk, the untruthful clerk or the lack of accommodation by customer service. This is extremely bad service from a renowned company that sells a product available in many other stores.
