Received order very fast. Have used product for a few days and can notice a difference with dead animal smell. I definitely think it is helping with odor.

Am using the bag of beads for deodorizing in a 10 x 12 room. I think that needs more than one bag, however the spray is excellent, works immediately and has a mild,fresh smell.

Took a while and had to reactivate several times but seems to be working. The odors we were trying to remove were from 4 sheets of peg board we hung in our sons room. Very strong chemical smell

Shopping was easy and shipping was fast, however, so far I have not been pleased with the product. I even put it in the microwave to freshen it up but that did not help. Pretty disappointed.

The odor removing packets (mothball odor and dead rodent odor) have been in my car for a few days; so far they have made no difference. Perhaps it takes more time.

Everything was basically fine but I didn't like the fact that I had to put in all my info BEFORE I could learn what forms of payment you actually accept. I was glad you take Paypal, which I preferred, but I hate to put my email address down before learning that. I sincerely hope I will not be getting spammed...

This spray is suppose to be ready to spray with no diluting. I sprayed on area needed, and it stained very bad. Will not come out. Very Unhappy! Warning! Will Stain!

I contacted one of your reps that I should attach to the outside of my underwear to keep the smell to a minimum I did so but when I pulled it off it tore up the charcoal patch,so it is a one time use thing and I thought reuasable
