When I received my order on 10/28/16, there was an error. I immediately sent an email with my concern. No response. Called your company on 10/31/16. Left voice message asking for a return phone call. No response.
Today, 11/1/16, drafted another email requesting help. Hurray! A response was received telling me that correct item is on it's way. Thank you for that! I guess my only comment would be that an acknowledgment that emails had been received would have been nice. I am patient, but had no way of knowing if my messages were received. On the plus side, my order was shipped fast, fast, fast! It's to early to comment one way or another as to how happy I am with the products ordered. Finally, appreciate customer service correcting my order. Thank you, and have a nice day!

It would be nice if one could by a 25 lb. bag. The choice between a 2 lb. bottle and a 50 lb bag is rather sparse on options.
