I did not realize that the carrier was postal- so the product was in my rural mail box since the 4th of nov and was not delivered to my home address as was noted. I made contact noodor on 2 occasions and have also advised them of facts and circumstances. In future;e; mail delivery routing and courier no. *******@MYFASTCOM.CA
I contacted you by email to notify you I had not received my order but USPS has shown it delivered. I received an email back from an actual person with instructions on how to handle. It was so refreshing and satisfying to communicate with someone. The order arrived 2 days later and all is well. But, the product has not helped the odor in the car yet. We will see if it improves with time.

A friend of my nearly closed down her swine farm because the city had developed up to where the farm was located. The neighbors could not keep up with the stench emanating from the farm and city council ordered that the farm be closed down. She called me from Ghana (Africa) and told me about the problem. I was at Pork expo 2015 in Iowa and saw a product that could control odor on farms but couldn't remember the name of the product. I promised to buy something for her to try. I searched on the internet and I came across so many products. After reading the reviews on Smelleze Odor Removal, I was convinced it could work for my friend. I bought 24 Ibs (12 containers of 2 Ibs each) and sent to her in Ghana. Guess what? It worked! Now I have purchased 100 Ibs (2 bags of 50 Ibs each) and will send to my friend in Ghana. I am a student in the US now and I can say that the product really worked. Certainly, this will not be my last purchase.
As for the shipping time it was like I went to town and purchased it but someone else brought it to my home. Very,very fast shipping. Not sure how it works as just put it in the cats litter room in unfinished basement, will be very interesting in next few days. Also part of the order goes to daughter home with 2 Pugs that don't always know the inside from the outside...if you know what I mean! I have High Hopes.
