I've tried several different subscription boxes and this one is by far my absolute favorite! I love the anime/manga themed products that are useful for daily life!
Great quality products that are fun to open with English descriptions! Each month is unique and themed! I canceled all my other subscriptions for this one!

+ the team is nice and replies relatively fast (up to 3work days)
+skincare AND makeup AND hair, most things can be used by everyone
*some gimmicky items, but they're not common and it depends on personal preference (makeup bag, sponges)
*there's a face mask in almost every box (also lots of lipsticks, lipbalms, body creams)
* photo contests for free subscriptions
- biggest minus for me is that you can't pick shades/types of a certain item. I assume NMNL gets the least of the item that was most popular in stores and the most of the item that was least popular. So if in the box is one of three lipbalms and the options were: chocolate, vanilla, orange, expect that there is a bigger chance you'll get orange because that's what stores had leftover most.
* you might have to pay extra for shipping, especially if you want it fast
- when you're subscribed for 6\12 months you get 10%-15% off subscriptions "forever". It's not forever, if you ever cancel your subscription it's gone. This is a bit misleading.
Every month a surprise of really good and high quality products I Love to use. You can choose the subscribtion box and the Box hast Always 8 to 12 products.
