I booked a hotel in Vegas for December 7th and 8th. When I got the itinerary emailed to me the system booked me for November 26th. When I called to cancel or change it they would not allow the cancelation or the change and had already charged me for the service

Took day off work both husband and I drove up to York Maine to stay for our one night off this year. Finally got to our destination stones throw hotel and were told we were overbooked by you! So now no where to stay no help with finding a place to stay. They told us they cancelled our booking and were trying to contact us. I asked how as no phone call not email sent. Do you think if you cancelled us because of your overbooking mistake you would just automatically send out a refund? Well no you did not. The hotel has an email from you stating your mistake you took my money now you want to refund me 15.99? Are you serious? I spent over 371.00 and you want to refund 15.99? I want my credit card refunded immediately for the full amount for your overbooking us and inconvenience.

I went to make a reservation at an Inn I've reserved many times before. I certainly don't need any help. I went to what LOOKED like their website, but it was a mimic. I booked a room, and suddenly I have a charge from "Nitecrawler," which I'd never heard of, for performing a "service" that I didn't want and didn't need. Then I had to cancel and rebook because I'm a platinum customer at the Inn, but couldn't get my discount if I didn't book directly. I answered Nitecrawler's survey before & told them what I thought of them & offered to talk to someone on the phone. No surprise... no call.

I resently booked a reservation aparently with Nitecrawler. I remember asking the representative if I was speaking with the hotel directly and he indicated I was. I was given a quote for a hotel that was way high and I ended up canceling the reservation. That is when I noticed that there was a booking charge on my card.
The last time I booked with nitecrawler I was not given the handicapped room that I needed. I spoke with a rep and he said they would get back to me with a refund. They never did. When I tried to call the help number it woukd never work. I AM DONE WITH NITECRAWLER.
