Ashlin was the agent who booked my room at Riverplace Inn and Suites. We've stayed here multiple times so I know i only want a ground floor room near the office, not in the back building. I kept telling him this and he assured that i would have the room want. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't have a ground floor near the office. The only room they have available is in the back building. So I had to find somewhere else to stay and pay out of my pocket because it takes 3-10 days to refund my money back into my bank account
I will never use this travel agent wrong date was booked. Nitecrawler would not change a date to correct date! Petty thieves! Never never use them again! Damn crooks!

We booked rooms. Was only given permission to use the card to hold the rooms only. The other rooms were going to be paid for by others that were getting the room. Now we have a charge of over a thousand dollars non refundable and we have no rooms anywhere! They won't even tell me where the town is or hotel in montana! Had I known the hotel was a 3rd party called "nitecrawler". I don't expect a call back especially when the scammer can't even speak English!
