Worst delivery service ever.

I have complained to this company at least 12 times in the last few months. Their delivery people CANNOT get the paper in the box that THEY provided. I have had soaked papers, lost papers and have fallen trying to find the paper under bushes. I have never seen such disregard for customers as this company had exibited. I cannot understand how a person can keep a job when they do not follow orders.
