Asking for information about the arrival the next morning they replied with the tracking of the shipment and a few hours later the battery arrived at the shipper.
However, it still made me pay an unbudgeted customs cost, but I think this is a customs problem.

I ordered a power supply model DA-180C19 for an LG monitor in January 2022. It arrived after a week or 2. It worked properly and I was happy. However, after 8 months it stopped working. Testing with a voltage meter shows that it didn't provide power anymore. Also, inspection of the power supply revealed a sticker with the text "QC passed" covered by a black stripe. Underneath the stripe was a cross. So this was a unit that had failed quality control.

Bought an internal battery for a T450s as mine died. After receiving the product (perfectly packed and shipped), the battery did not seem to be the issue as this one gave the same issues as the 1st one. After contact (very quick response!) with seller, a full refund was given immediately!

Replacement part was easy to find and after receiving it, also easy to build in.
What's the however... I choose for a normal delivery, I got the time due the COVID 19 virus.
Normal it will take about two weeks, however not by the fault of the sender it took almost 4 weeks.
This is because the COVID 19 virus, but also the extra checks on lithium batteries.
So, if you need it within 2 weeks, dont use the normal delivery.
