We decided to work with Newchip after learning about their accelerator from fellow startups. After running the business for over three years without any help, it is a refreshing experience to know that there are capable people who are willing to help. Newchip was there to help us create a compelling story and made it possible for us to reach more investors.
After months of struggling to find the right investors, the accelerator program gave us a fresh start. The amount of information they provided was comprehensive.
The most important thing that I've learned is that every business starts with a 'why.' With the help of my mentors, I managed to come up with a powerful 'why' for my business and attract investors. I can't thank them enough for the training, knowledge, skills and network I acquired by the end of the program. And I continue reaping the benefits…
It's a great accelerator to prepare you for new challenges and opportunities. Awesome tools to facilitate learning and network-building. Mentors are knowledgeable, attentive to detail and experienced.
The management sets very high standards for the employees, but it's unable to apply the same standards to itself. The managers want employees to collaborate well and treat each other with respect, but they are the ones who are rude to the employees and show no respect. Many of them are perfectionists who strictly expect perfect output from the employees. But they are unable to teach us and provide adequate training to be able to do our tasks better.
Newchip opened our eyes to the wonderful world of cryptocurrency, and we're so excited to be launching what is probably the world's first ever art tech startup with their support.
I like that even though we were on a different time zone we were still able to make the most out of their programs.
Because of Newchip's mediation, we were able to align better with investors.
Newchip delivers what they said they would and that, for us, is the most important thing.
We've experienced such a high return that I wouldn't think twice about partnering with Newchip again. I wish we would have used them years ago, it would have saved us a lot of headaches.
Newchip opened new opportunities for us to move forward in terms of funding and looking for additional investors. They helped us craft a better strategy and get a better perspective of how successful businesses work.
Newchip gave me the confidence and encouragement I needed to start my own business. Application process was smooth and pleasant. All my doubts were eradicated. Passionate team who supported me all the way. Best of all, they connected me to investors thus enabling me to scale my business.
They helped me take my first steps in the digital marketing industry and raise over $2M for my startup. Newchip's accelerator was well-structured, highly informative and very useful. It helped me understand investors' needs in the market and build reliable relationships with my business partners.
They saved me from the trouble of making costly mistakes for my young company. I have learned a lot in my short time here and looking forward to making bigger progress with their help.
Working with Newchip is one of the best decisions we made as a new business. Their expertise as an accelerator gave us all the information and help we needed to be more competitive.
Do not trust their six months program. It's terrible. These people LIE BLATANTLY ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU and what you can expect from the program. I feel horrible that I WASTED SIX MONTHS OF MY PRECIOUS TIME trusting these evil people. I didn't get the desired results, and when I asked them about it, they became rude and disrespectful towards my team and me. PLEASE AVOID! BEWARE!
It is an eye-opener for us. Working with Newchip opened so many possibilities and their experience with countless startups in the past was a wealth of knowledge for us.
I've never worked anywhere that pushed me like the team does here. 5 years+ experience crammed into one year. They say it in the interview but you don't realize it till you see how much you've grown in a single year. I thought I knew startups and VC, but I've worked with more companies in my time here than 5 years prior. If you want to get paid go somewhere else, if you want the experience to get and earn six figure plus comp, come here and grind it out. I don't have an MBA but I know more than several new MBA's on our team simply from doing the accelerator with my startups. Its amazing to see startups go from an idea to acquired in little under a year. Thats our mission and I'm proud to be a part of it. It is a hire fast for culture and aptitude, and fire fast if you aren't producing performance culture. Once you get it though and are a fit, they will make sure you are taken care of and if not a fit on one team, move you somewhere else in the company to help you succeed. I work with the very best and I'm also proud to be challenged myself to keep growing every day to get better. The CEO told us day one "you are either become a shark in one year, able to get a company funded, acquired and on whole foods shelves, or factories, or whatever they need, or you are going to flunk out because you don't have what it takes month 2".
Their expansive network helped us widen the distribution of our HealthTech solutions. It's a highly competitive industry, but Newchip enabled us to gain a big chunk of the market.
Steady progress with the help of the teams at Newchip. Their accelerator program gave us valuable insight into how we can grow our business.
We were cold called by this company several times for their accelerator program. After telling them (and documenting it) that it did not sound like a good fit for a later stage company and/or for more experienced entrepreneurs they insisted that we would not need to participate in their accelerator programs and could just leverage their IR component to potentially save us time with investor outreach. They represented that they would provide full transparency and collaborate to compliment our own fundraising process.
The truth was unfortunately not consistent with their sales pitch. They waited months to get us to their IR group (because they were not set up to just send a company through as promised) but unfortunately when we got there they neither provided introductions other than to other accelerators and refused to provide any visibility to who they were potentially reaching out to (if they were reaching out at all) that would have potentially been value added to compliment our own process but the veil of secrecy actually increased risks with our own process by potentially duplicating efforts and not retaining rev control which is absolutely critical in any process.
Despite requesting refunds and asking if they can at least do anything of value, they instead only throw us into their "customer service" email cue to engage in new threads with people who do not have any of the history or a script for how to deal with a company and process that is outside of their cookie cutter offering.
I have worked with countless VCs, accelerators and other infuencers and taken companies public, sold others and run our own incubator. If you are a new entrepreneur who has no experience this program may be of value. I don't know as we did not sign up for it or participate in any way. That said, if you are not interested in the cookie cutter program they offer do not be deceived into false promises that they can tailor anything different for you. As soon as they have your money, they will substantially end communications. I'm of the mindset that the world is way too small to try to take companies and influencers for $12K or so in cash and a lot more of time wasted opportunity cost. My guess is they have a sales incentive of some sort for their cold callers to do whatever it takes to get someone to participate in any way and then I suppose it is just a business judgment call on their side to hope no one bothers to report out on any no value added experiences. In 30 years of start ups this is the first time I've felt compelled to do so.

Positive feedback highlights the platform’s comprehensive resources, personalized coaching, and successful connections with investors, fostering confidence and growth among startups. However, some customers express dissatisfaction regarding transparency and unmet expectations, particularly related to the program's requirements and the perceived value of services.
