Don't buy from this company!

It has been 7 weeks since I placed my order. After 2 days the tracker said my item was In Transit. After repeated emails to them they continue to say it's on its' way and won't let me cancel the order or provide a refund. I believe this is a total scam. If you're looking for eco friendly products (to replace single use plastic) keep looking and pass this one by.
