Have been locked out of registered domains for months. Opened cases with support, whose only solution to re-allow access was to send a verification e-mail... to the domains which cannot be accessed!

Quite difficult with only a cell phone and I get told different things each time I can for help. I refuse to use the online help because they have been useless. If I could cancel everything and get my money back I would.

I have a domain somegaveitall.com that was on Dobster but Web.com acquired my account. The website was built with WORD PRESS and now the domain is not live on the internet and I've spent hours and numerous times talking to tech people and they can't fix the error connecting to database. I was told to get hire a tech design person to fix it. I am so angry that my website has been down since web,com bought them. I am told that WEB.COM does not use WORD PRESS so I am left without having my site online. I have 3 domains that were brought over from Dobster. One of others didn;t work until I paid for a security certificate. So far this sucks and I am looking to move my accounts to somewhere else.

I tried to cancel auto-renew and could not figure it out. By the time I got to contact support, they told me that I could never get a refund even if I contacted them the next day. The phone number NEVER works on the Credit Card where you get the charge. It's obvious that customer service is not the top priority of Domain.com.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Domain.com. I've been trying to get a refund for $72 since July 24th, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have failed to provide any clear updates or even respond to my emails over the past seven days after I provided my PayPal details.

Their customer service is shockingly slow and unresponsive. To make matters worse, the issue arose because they charged me for a Google Workspace subscription that I had already canceled. It's unacceptable that I've had to chase them for a refund that should never have been charged in the first place!
This kind of treatment shows a complete disregard for customers, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

Its too hard for the website owner to send me the correct link so I can make website changes on her EComm site. Cant you make it easier for them so I can login and do the work? Please add 24 hour CALL IN TECH HELP or make your website easier for them to add user roles like Wordpress... only in the Ecomm sites.
