The company lacks experts who can review writer's application for statistics and mathematics. I was surprised to a declined message for a simple test. It must be giving students wrong answers. Students try to avoid this company is you have technical assignments especially Statistics and Mathematics.
Very low rate of payment, admins are not subject professionals and all their concern is to satisfy the client even if he changes his requirements and their criteria for increasing the payment base rate is not clear and highly judgemental. They rush to cut payment deal rudely and aggressively. I do not advise working with them, go and find a better payment and dealing place in order not to loose your efforts and let them gain profits on your expense.
The site is generally for those writers signing up. They do not respond; they just leave the writer pending with no message of account approval or disapproval. It is essential to give feedback instead of just leaving the writers pending. The site does not have any support to contact in case of any query.
