I was skeptic about the quick shipping offered by the store as my previous experience with other stores took 20 to 30 days before I received the products. Since I was not in a hurry anyway, I tried ordering this pocket watch necklace for my daughter who is crazy about Sailor Moon collectibles like me. And I’m glad to have made the right decision because I got the package in half the time that I’m used to! I’m very satisfied with the service and the product quality! Highly recommended!

My girlfriend convinced me to give a review for Nerdkudo. She is head-over-heels in love with the Sailor Moon Pretty Charm Bracelet I bought for her birthday. I got it 2 days before her birthday. It was packed in a black velvet bag so I just popped it inside a small box and have my sister wrapped it with a gift wrapper in her favorite color. And after a romantic birthday dinner, I gave it to her. She did not look surprised because she already expected that I have a gift for her, but she screamed in happiness when she opened the box and found the bracelet. She loved collecting Sailor Moon items. It's been a hobby for her since she was 12 years old. She's 22 now by the way.

Before I turn this review into a novel, I want to give Nerdkudo 5 star for product quality and good service. We will surely do business with them again in the future.

I know the risk of buying things online because some sellers will try to rip you off by sending you damaged, low-quality, or wrong products. Some offers product replacement but you will have to pay for the shipping – which may cost higher than the price of the product itself. But then, I’m a sucker for a sale…and that’s the risk I have to take! I have my share of bad experiences but they’re not enough to put me off shopping online! NerdKudo made me trust online stores again. Thanks for shipping the right product (Fallout 4 necklace) that I paid for, and making sure that I get it on the time that we agreed! Keep up the good work guys!

This site is beautiful, the products are lovely and would be worth buying. But unfortunatley anything and everything from their Chinese warehouse gets lost at sea apparently. Attempted to speak to customer service, got a halfhearted forum response that was seemingly positive. Have yet to hear from China EMS, or a supervisor despite claiming an item was shipped, getting a non working tracking number. How is it that the one item I want ships from China? Use at your own risk.

I ordered an in-stock, non-customized sweatshirt 2 weeks before Christmas, which according to the site was plenty of time to get it in time. Not only did it not come in time, but customer service did not answer my e-mails for days, and then just blew me off.

I finally got the sweatshirt and it's very flimsy. For $40 I expected better quality.

I ordered my item 3 days ago and it is still "processing". When I originally asked for my tracking number I was informed by customer service that the order was still processing so I wouldn't get a tracking number until it sent. Let me tell you - my credit card sure isn't "still processing"! When I wrote again to express my concern, customer service stopped responding. I am about 5 minutes away from disputing the charge with my bank. Shame on this company and its deplorable customer service standard.

I ordered this mug for a friend for Christmas. I ordered it around the same time as I ordered several other packages from Amazon. While the tracker on the delivery website said the package was delivered, I never received a package. I emailed the company as soon as I realized they said it was delivered and I didn't have it. Well its January 12th now, and I still don't have the mug, and also they are refusing to refund me for my purchase. I'd like to point out I received all my package from Amazon that same week with no problem as expected. I understand things happen and it might not have been their fault, but the customer (me) is the only one paying for this mistake, and this surely wasn't my fault either. I will not be ordering anything else from this company and will be posting negative reviews on many websites. I would have expected them to care about good customer service a little more.

I had a little issue with my original purchase. I ordered for the necklace but was sent the key chain one. I was really upset because I was planning to give it as birthday present for my son. I got in touch with NerdKudo and after giving all the information, NerdKudo went above and beyond to assist me. I was very thankful. They even ensured that the replacement made it in time for my sons birthday and did not take back the keychain. Instead, they gave it as a gift for the inconvenience. I am very pleased with my purchase and eventhough the keychain is not what I wanted, they are both great quality. My son is going to love this Zelda necklace.
