I urge you to exercise caution with this unlicensed operation that preys on unsuspecting individuals, and I strongly advise against any association with this dishonest brokerage firm. I was charged a substantial amount of 70,000 for purported hedging costs and commissions. Why was depositing funds so easy, yet withdrawing them proved to be such a difficult ordeal? It took a month before I sought the prompt assistance of csp_jau n (at) pm. me expert guidance.

Do not ever use this scam "company". Please report to FIN-NET that they are scammers who keep your money, refuse to approve your KYC and freeze your account. The authorities might take action against them if there are enough complaints made.

Been trying to get my money back for more then a year, they make me jump trough hoops.
It all started with that Dundle told me that it was not possible to refund my unused voucher, then had to make my own research and made an account at neosurf and deposit the voucher to then withdraw to my bank account, so they charged me 3 times depositing 50 euro per, now they are holding my money hostage it's no longer in the account and nothing has been credited to me and they claim I have to this and that. Just stay away from these scammers, had a similar situation with Paysafecard, it was zero problems just here is your money back thanks for the business.

I would stay away for this company called neosurf, nothing but a scam! No customer service to help and emails that just look like they're helping but realistically they're doing nothing! Save your time money and effort and don't use them, tell everyone you know as-well to protect them from a scam company

Absolutley a scam or a sham one or the other I deposited money into my neosurf acc using my cc and no money transferd to acc but money was taken of credit card. Raised a ticket with support but as yet only get response saying they are very busy and will get back to me soon. Lol what a joke I think I am going to have to report to bank as fraud to get my money back

Ok so it has been 15 days now and I still have no resolution. Nor have I got any further reply to my email requesting that my money either be credited to my acc or refunded to my credit card.
This company has very poor communication. I would not recommend them to anybody.
Also for reference all my documents have been submitted and approved my acc is fully verified and compliant whit there rules and regulations so this is not the isue.

I have just opened a new account in NEOSURF and i deposit 300£ to buy something online. When i tried to pay for my shop my account was blocked, i did not received any email about it, i tried to withdraw the money but they said i would need to verify the account first, then i did the verification and was told to wait 24hr for the verification to be completed i wait and my account was not verified, i tried to do the verification again and the page goes white. My account was not verified i email them and they did not reply. My money still there the account is blocked and i could not get a answer WHY
AVOID! I DON'T RECOMMEND
