I have completed some surveys on Neobux and when I wanted to claim my rewards I received an error message explaining that something happened with your order and try later. I tried later several times but I ended up having the same error message. I finally contacted with support team for help. As soon as they received my message they suspended my account without any reason. Do not waste your time on this fake website for doing surveys.

I had earned more than 2500 coins but did not get cash for them. When I asked the live support about it... he was very rude and kept asking me to go and read the FAQ, without trying to understand what my problem was. I asked him why he was there as support help if all he had to say was go read the FAQ, be rude and insult me. He threatened to delete my account. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend this site to anyone. This site has no future for sure!
