I purchased 60 articles of clothing from this company, they did ship them in a timely manner however they didn't input the correct shipping address onto the package so the items were returned. *I gave them the correct address* In a effort to reach out to ask what was going on I got no response to any email I sent. Therefore resulting in submitting a dispute with my credit card company, very inconvenient considering I needed the clothing for a fundraiser campaign for a certain date. Do not shop with this company. You might run the risk of not receiving your items and wasting a lot of your time.

Above & Beyond

I received a very prompt reply to an email I sent and although my request could not be accommodated, only because of such quick shipping after my order was placed, Ross was sympathetic, courteous and kind and sent me a discount code for a future order. I wish there were more customer service reps like Ross.

I placed an order over 12 days ago... the order said "3-4 day shipping delay," I assume business days, so I called customer service by day 6 business day, asking why it's not shipped and was told they'd look into it... still the order is pending, no response from them, and I have unhappy clients now. Never again will I order with them absolutely brutal. Waaaay better wholesale business and prices elsewhere.

Adeil to the rescue!

I recently places my very first order for Hoodies to be used for promotional wear and the shipping turned a simple task of delivering a package to ones front door to almost having to drive 30 mins to go pick up at the couriers front door. A quick email to Adeil achieved great results, now instead of a one time customer, i will be making future purchases. Thanks Adeil, you Rock!
