I placed an order over 12 days ago... the order said "3-4 day shipping delay," I assume business days, so I called customer service by day 6 business day, asking why it's not shipped and was told they'd look into it... still the order is pending, no response from them, and I have unhappy clients now. Never again will I order with them absolutely brutal. Waaaay better wholesale business and prices elsewhere.

Our standard shipping is free and arrives between 7-14 days. We do clearly state that you cannot return anything more than 25% from full price on the very top of our Return Policy.
