I placed an order over 12 days ago... the order said "3-4 day shipping delay," I assume business days, so I called customer service by day 6 business day, asking why it's not shipped and was told they'd look into it... still the order is pending, no response from them, and I have unhappy clients now. Never again will I order with them absolutely brutal. Waaaay better wholesale business and prices elsewhere.

Awful customer service, all clothing is packaged and made in China and took over 3 weeks to arrive to Canada, customer service took a month to respond. They were extremely rude in their email, my husband was even shocked. Also, several reviews here are names of customer service agents that have been emailing me... yikes. Never ever again there's way way better online stores.
