Necydress is brilliant.
Its always great when i order. Always here when it says it will be, never messed up any orders and when i did double or the one time a member of your team was brilliant in sorting it out for me and still it all came on time. So thank you, also the clothes r excellent quality.

I had a very frustrating experience with Necydress Clothing Company. I placed an order in May and could initially track the parcel, but by mid-June, it hadn't arrived, and tracking was no longer available. The company informed me that the courier lost the parcel, then later said it was found and being resent. I no longer needed the item and requested a refund, but my emails have gone unanswered, and I still haven't received a refund as of July. Poor customer service and order handling make me unable to recommend this company.

Please don't buy anything here! It is completely different from the photos and you pay the top price for clothes that are sent directly from China (AliExpres). There is no return policy, except that you can send it back to a room somewhere in China for 100 euros. I was robbed of 200 euros! And believe me, the latest reviews are fake! This webshop is linked to AliExpres and I am really disappointed. DO NOT

The delivery time of the clothes can be faster, because it is a dress, and I need to wear my clothes to participate in the event within the agreed time.
