First thing is I have nothing negative to say about Alibaba Infact they were a great help.I purchase a head unit from this seller on the Alibaba site the delivered my head unit with issues from the start the seller tried to help me with my issues but had bad communication not sure if it was language barrier or not head unit was not working as expected the customer support was very unclear and hard to respond to as the were asking for pictures and videos of things that just couldn't be sent on video or picture support couldn't help with can bus programing if simple things so the minute I asked for a refund or exchange for something better. They started to talk down to me and refused me any type of support...so I had to do refund resolution with Alibaba who took over the case asked me a few simple things and they ended up taking care of me the seller at the meantime would not read any messages and totally ignored me now the situation has been taken care of I still need support for my head unit and the company refuses to even deal with me because I brought up a refund dispute very unprofessional I don't suggest you buy anything from this company I will add other names that they go by in the screenshot thank you so copy and paste
