The shopping was wonderful. The shipping cost was higher than any place I shop. For this reason I deleted a lot of other items. Priority mail would get the job done for so much less. I was so pleased with the product, I went back in and was going to order more fragrances but the shipping was just so high I just changed my mind. I don't do this for a living. It is a hobby. I will keep checking to see if there is any reduction in the shipping cost.

I think how one treats customer service, may be treated the same.(opinion) I find their scents great (some even better than others), prices and shipping terrific for me (wax too!)and discounts on large bottles... YES! I HAVE had a couple of issues, but always got a pleasing result in fixing! I'm a big fan and plan to continue to be... Thanks NG
