I've been ordering from NG for years. Love the product and love the prices. I literally have only had 1 or 2 fragrances I didn't care for. But that was just my personal taste, the products still worked extremely well.

The shipping is a bit pricey and the order page is outdated and glitchy. The website needs a bit of a work through I think. Other then that they have fair prices for products, a good assortment of items, and I'm looking forward to sniffing some of the fragrances in person.
Add On: The order shipped fast and arrived intact, although one fragrance did leak just a smidge. All the scents smell absolutely fantastic. I'm very pleased with my order and how fast it got here.

Ordered several sample bottles of fragrance oil for my candles. All smelled like a diluted down with a weak scent. Company wont refund any of my money. Will never order from company again!
The customer service with Natures Garden is horrible. Better products elsewhere. But leaving because they ignore their loyal customers.
My order was delivered but stolen before it got to my hands. I called NG and they were very helpful in filing a claim with UPS. My full order ended being replaced and sent to me at a different address at no cost to me less than a week after my initial phone call to them. The products are great quality. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
Bought a Bunch of concentrated oils to get away from wax melts then had to buy carrier oil. Called to find out how to mix and was told at first one part concentrated oil to tell parts DPG carrier oil. Called back to tell then I couldn't smell the scents very well. Then they said mic half and half. Still can't smell very well. Wasted over $165.00. Will go back to wax melts and have my home smelling good again. Bye Natures Garden. I purchased multiple products from Natures Garden for purposes of making my own personal creams & I've been quite happy with their products. I bought their Emulsifier Wax, Stearic acid, & 5 different fragrance oils (Seaside Cotton, Ocean Mist, Cotton & Blossoms, Tulip, & Cucumber & Melon). Not only was I pleased with each scent of the different fragrances I chose but, when I added an appropriate amount to my batches, the end result was quite a pleasant, attractively scented cream. I made a cream using a blend of several essential oils & I wanted to alter the end result of my blend (since I was making a cream for therapeutic purposes and not aromatherapy purposes). I gave away multiple batches of my cream & received compliments regarding their scents! I specifically asked about the scent since I didn't want an offensive odor to my cream! (My aim was to achieve neither a female or male specific scent but more of a "unisex" scent & I've been told I achieved my goal!)
I didn't have cause to deal with their "customer service" but I received my order quickly and packaged securely. Their prices (in comparison to other similar retailers) were reasonable as was their shipping and handling.
I will actually be placing another order with them shortly (I googled them and this is how I came upon this review thread) for more fragrance oils since I intend fo expand my cream making into a line of body area specific lotions and have every confidence that their scents will continue to be attractive and pleasant.
I am very pleased with all the wide range of products Nature's Garden has to offer, customer service is very courteous and everything always arrives on time and well packaged.
I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They answer any questions I might have and are always friendly. I am so glad that I'm close enough to stop into the store and smell all the fragrances. They have everything I need for the melt and pour soaps and lip balm I make and also for the candles that I'm hoping to start making soon. They are fantastic!
