Sometimes I have noticed that your search bar is hard to find, and the last time I received an order my fragrance had spilled slightly in the bag. I have noticed from other company's they use electrical tape around the lid or cap, so that's just a suggestion.

Last time you guys mailed my wax, the box was opened partially. Please make sure you use enough tape so the box doesnt open up during transfer

One of the bottles leaked, which it is nice you have them wrapped in a plastic bottle. However, the labels fell of the bottle. Luckily I had only ordered the one scent so I know what it was.
