We signed up for total package. They came to clean air ducts. They punctured coils of AC unit rendered it inoperable, then left. Boss said they would fix it. Did not. Took them to small claims court. Won judgement. They ignored judge. Have not heard from them. Checked out company. Severall judgements against then. (To repair damage would-only have been around $2200. That's not a repududible business) Beware! BY the way, They are located in Florida, PA, Ohio, as well as New York!
