NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have left several messages with either phone operator or voice mails. No one in customer service or accounting has had the courtesy to returned any of my calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Buyer be ware

Serial numbers have been removed from the speakers, I have already purchased all of the definitive collection except the towers. Found these online for a great price. Got them fairly quickly, then checked the serial numbers and they are scratched off. Making the either stolen, or damage returns not able to warranty.

I purchased a pair of outdoor speakers (Martin Logan ML-65R for $560. One of them took water in the first month. I emailed and called and wast connected with O. J. who promised to send me a replacement. 6 months later and 10 phone calls later of empty promises I still do not have the replacement speaker. Empty promises, poor customer service, and the merchandise they sell is clearly defective. DO NOT Purchase.

2nd time I've used this company.
I had difficulty placing order initially- website froze halfway through transaction on iPhone. An employee answered phone outside of company hours to assist. Speakers were delivered within a couple of weeks. Will use this company for future purchases.

I placed an order on Monday May4th in the afternoon with a sales person by phone and transaction went very easy and his communication was great. 1 and a half weeks later my order arrived brand new as promised and I ended up being able to save over $600 from buying the same set of martin logan speakers at Best Buy! I am a thrilled customer and appreciate the discount and your company.

Smooth Transaction

Horrible Experience
April 6, 2021

I have been Waiting since September 0f 2020 for them to complete my order and basically their answer is, it's been on back order for 2 weeks be patient. I have had wires hanging out of my walls for over 6 months. This is totally unacceptable.

Selling Martin Logan's with Serial Numbers removed
September 23, 2021

Bought two Martin slogan 35XTI speakers arrived without serial numbers! Are they counterfeit? Are they stolen? Martin Logan will not back these up, my insurance co will not replace if damaged. Like a car without a vin. USELESS
Their BS story is they register the equipment for you snd remove the serial numbers so there is not a duplicate registration, Martin Logan called that BS!
I have contacted the Credit Card Company and letting them have at it!
AVOID! No serial Numbers to back up authenticity

I would not recommend this retailer to anyone. I ordered 3 PSB speakers, one arrived damaged (not to mention that shipping took over 3 weeks). All 3 speakers were missing the serial numbers (thus voiding any warranty from PSB) and all of the packaging showed signs of tampering. I inquired about returning them and they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee and return shipping cost was on me.

I decided to keep them hoping to get a few good years out of them knowing full well that PSB was not going to cover anything should I have an issue down the road. I don't know what kind of shady things are occurring here but I would steer clear of this company. I'm not so sure I believe any of the reviews and ratings. Surely this has happened to someone else.

Before submitting my order, something told me not to hit the "enter" button. I should have ordered them from Crutchfield but I was trying to save myself some money. You know the saying, "you get what you pay for". Well, I'm paying the price alright. Do yourselves a favor and shop somewhere else.

After the order was placed it took two weeks to get it... If you are competing with Amazon, Best Buy or Crutchfield, it takes 2 to 5 days... Customer Service was awesome.
