We've had the veranda installed early December and we are so pleased! It looks better than imagined!
Everything went smoothly from selling to completion. Communication was very good and when questions asked, the response was very prompt; timings of delivery as communicated and when a slight problem occurred, customer service was very good and we even got an upgrade :).
The team on site that installed the veranda were very professional and efficient with minimal disturbance.
Overall a very good experience and we would recommend the company and use their products again.

It was excellent from the initial stages of planning to the final day of completion. The two gentlemen, father and son who built the veranda were punctual, professional and highly skilled.

Staff friendly and polite, we were kept informed of every step of our order, the awning we had fitted is lovely, haven't had chance to use it much yet but hopefully next year it should benefit us and we can spend more time outside without our friends and family getting burnt. Excellent company.

My husband and I recently had an awning fitted to the back of our house as we get the sun outside all day and it gets extremely hot.
We had a lovely gentleman round to give us a quote and go through different options and we decided to place an order. 7 weeks later our bespoke awning was ready to be fitted.
On the day of fitting the guys turned up earlier than expected and worked really quickly. They tided up well and gave me a good demonstration on how to work the awning.
We are both so pleased and have already had so many positive comments about how it looks. We just now need some more sunshine so we can enjoy it more!
First class service from start to finish.
Unfortunately, I now will be waiting for next Spring before getting the full use from the canopy, but along with daffodils and tulips it's something else to look forward to!

A great experience from the showroom at Wareham where we met Hazel who gave us expert advise on choosing the right type of veranda. Five weeks later our beautiful anthracite glass veranda was fitted by a specialist team who were professional and polite throughout the day. We could not fault the team, they came on time, kept us informed throughout the day with progress and cleared up the patio after they had finished. Could not fault the whole experience. Awning fitted by guys who take pride in their work. Looks very good but haven't had the need to use it yet due to poor weather conditions. Hopefully when the sun shines it will be a marvellous addition to the home,
Our Nationwide garage roller door, which has worked perfectly for many years, jammed in a partially open position. Following a call to Nationwide the problem was resolved on the call-out visit which occurred the next working day. I can unreservedly recommend Nationwide for first class products and service.
We used Nationwide to install a Veranda, the end result is fantastic, although i would like to say that the salesman was a bit old school and just wanted to get the sale done and told us some things that later turned out to be untrue, the surveyor was a lot better, honest and straight forward and helped clear things up although it cost us. Overall please with the result but sales need to stop the, "this is the best deal to sign up no" routine as it so old hat
Nationwide was recommended by a friend and I am delighted with the finished product. Throughout the process of buying and installation the service was excellent with good communication at all stages. The installation was carried out professionally and exactly on time. The fitters cleared up well and ensured that I was au fait with operating the awning and the heater. I am absolutely delighted with the Nationwide awning. It is top quality in all respects and a feat of engineering yet simple to use. It definitely enhancing our house and the choice of colours and patterns is amazing.

A good experience from start to finish. Arranged a visit to the showroom where a member of staff explained the different options available to us in detail. Having made a decision their surveyor visited us at home and again explained how the awning would be fitted to our bungalow. At this stage we changed the fabric design that we had originally chosen. This was not a problem.
Following the surveyors visit we were kept informed by email of our orders progress on a regular basis.
When the fitting day arrived the fitters arrived on time, worked quickly and tidied up the area where they were working. They then explained the operation of the equipment in detail. A very satisfying experience all round.

Wonderful quality veranda that looks terrific. The two fitters were brilliant as its not a small veranda to say the least but they completed it in one day to a very high standard, they also cleared up after themselves to the point that you would not know that any work had been done.

The fitters were very punctual and professional in their whole approach fitting our canopy, there was no rubbish or odd bits left behind and we have enjoyed several evenings sat out under the protection of our canopy. Was it worth the cost? YES.

Great experience from sales through to completion. I am very happy with my new patio roof. It was installed in less than a day. The surveyor clearly did a brilliant job and got everything right as well as the installation team who did not have a break from 8am till early afternoon.
