I ordered a cover back in the first week of November and said the cover was going to be shipped with in the week. 4 weeks went by and I had to call them. They said that the cover I ordered was back ordered and didn't have the color I ordered. I ended up doing with a different color. When it arrived it did not fit to the specs they said it would. When trying to zip the sides the zipper ripped. I applied for the warranty and it took almost 6 weeks to hear from them. They approved the warranty and said they do not refund and can only ship the same product that was purchased. You are not allowed to request a different size. The material is extremely cheap and not built to last. They ended up canceling the warranty and and I am unable to get my money back or a new cover. They say all products are ordered and built in house. This is extremely inaccurate all these products are drop shipped. Do not order from this company.

Run from this company. Terrible return policy and don't stand by their products. I only purchase because they had a 5 year warranty for the product. I spent $550 for what I thought was the best cover on the market based on what I was spending. At 2 years it started to tear. They want to prorate a new one and want me to send them $350 for a new one. I would be in $900 the cover in two years. Better off buying the cheap ones for $100 and putting a new one on every year. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare and I can't get anyone to discuss the terrible customer service I continue to experience. Anyone at this company that reads this is welcome to call me at *******958

I have tried to upload proof of purchase but it will not allow me to not sure why. Happy to share that as well.
