Returns nightmare

Don't get too excited about that no hassel returns claim. I ordered one set, cheapest analog. Didn't help my mother at all. Called to return and they upsold me the next model FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! (That was unexpected!) Sounded like a deal. Got those and they did not help her either. Turns out her hearing loss is too profound at this point. So I called to get an RMA to return them for a refund. Took several emails, and several people to finally get a code. Meanwhile the 45 day clock is ticking. I am still waiting for them to confirm receipt of the aids and then I must wait until they confirm they are in good order and complete. Who knows if Mom will ever get her money back. My advice, if you are already wearing hearing aids and know you have severe loss, don't do it.

Nano hearing aids online advertising is a scam. They offer a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. After receiving the product you are presented with a series of tasks you must follow to receive your refund. Even after following all the tasks, they have an elaborate return policy that requires you to pay for the return shipping $11.95 wait for 15 days for them to acknowledge they have been received. Wait for 15 days for their return team to inspect the return. Wait 30 days for a return. After many emails asking for my return, I keep getting a "thanks for your patience" reply and that my refund is in the system but they lost my email contact (even though they emailed me to notify me they lost my email contact?) and can you please verify my email. I did and received an email acknowledging that they have the information they need and the refund team will need time to review it because now it is a new case. After continued emails asking for my refund, I was assured that with a little more patience I would receive it. This started in Feb. 2020 and at this writing, it is July 29th. More than 6 months to refund my money after they have already received the product in return. I have written negative reviews called them and emailed them and cannot understand the delay. The return was requested because they are not really hearing aids but hearing amplifiers that can be purchased on Amazon for $9.99. Not the $600 advertised price or the $300 off sale. There is no way I could recommend their products based on the quality of the product that was delivered to me or especially the customer service of a documented policy.
