Great quality, great service, would recommend!
In full transparency, I initially had some concerns about the brand as I wasn't familiar with it and as there are a lot less known brands that seemingly sell cheaply made products which are heavily pushed on social media. In short, I love the jacket and the goggles I got. Quality is what I'd expect for the price and the return service was super (I ordered 2 sizes of the jacket since I wasn't sure about the fit). 5 stars!

I had to review these guys because they deserve it! I bought a pair of leggings and a coat and LOVE THEM! I had to return the coat to swap for a smaller size (I lost weight finally!) and it's perfect, amazing quality and I've had so many compliments. During the swap I had excellent customer service, so friendly abs kind and informative - so much better than any other customer service I've come across before. The leggings are more pricey than I would usually buy but they are now my favourite leggings ever and I've bought two more pairs since. Awesome company, awesome customer service, amazing quality and deserve the credit - well done guys!

Wasn't sure if I should trust their website, the reviews were very generic. However I bought the Annok pullover for my first time skiing and it worked super well. Stayed dry and extremely warm in below freezing temperatures. I took several good falls and the jacket seems well made as it still looks brand new. I'm impressed with the quality considering the cost of other brands for the same thing. Loved the lift pass pocket! My only advice is to not buy bibs if you buy the pullover! Using the restroom took ten minutes lol.

Hats off to Nandn I had an amazing experience returning a snowboarding jacket (didn't fit well on my 12 yrs son), it was fast and easy, and with the costumer service, who was very helpful and thoughtful replacing a google lens. Thank you! I will buy Nandn again soon.

The customer service is truly the best I've experienced! I was a bit of pain with questions and the guys at Nandnsnow were great and always replied quickly and were so friendly in the messages.
The clothes are true to size, I went up for a looser fit. The clothes are good quality and fab designs.
I returned an item which was so easy to do.
Overall a great service with great quality clothing! Will happily recommend and buy again. Thanks Nandnsnow for making it easy to buy from you

Was very dubious about buying through a company I found on instagram, and initially didn't go too well, website issue meant that my delivery was sent to my card address not the desired delivery address, and the trousers were too small (my fault, ordered a size down from the recommended sizing chart, which is actually brilliant). However the customer service I had from the team made the experience so much better - very communicative, and fast to action.

Also having had the trousers now for a few weeks, they've done very well in all weathers, and are extremely comfortable - brilliant product.

Would be 5 star if it wasn't for the website, with which I had several fixable issues!

Nandn (Nandnsnow) have been absolutely phenomenal. I purchased a snowboard jacket, trousers and hat. Unfortunately there were issues with the parcel. Nandn staff were so good and understanding. They were friendly and helpful! I have already left reviews on these staff members. They literally went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Problems happen this is just a fact but how they responded and resolved my issue is exemplary. They even shipped out an emergecny second order to ensure I had my snowboarding gear with me before my trip to France. I wish all companies were like these guys and girls. I don't say this likely. I would go far as to say its some of the best customer support I've ever had in the 39 years on this glorious planet.

I was hesitant to buy from this company, that my daughter found on internet. She loved the design of the ski jacket and matching pant. I read all reviews and decided to purchase. The customer service was great, timely responses from Gitte and Kathy. I ended up buying ski jacket, pants, goggles, gloves and beanie. Everything came perfectly packed, the goggles with a nice protective case. The graphic design and materials of the jacket and pant was exactly as shown on the website. So far, the purchase experience has been great

I think the experience could be improved with providing much more detailed information about the clothing. You should at least tell people how tall the models are and what size they are wearing. Thank you!

I bought snow pants that turned out to be too big so I returned them and got a smaller pair with a matching jacket. My new order arrived, fit perfectly and it's excellent quality. I hadn't received a refund yet so i emailed them asking about it. They responded immediately and gave me an early refund. Top notch customer service!
