I ordered some football boots from namshi, specifically the mds zoom vapor 15s, and it shipped to me in less then 24 hours, in fact only a bit more than 12 hours, but it was my wrong size, which was my fault, so i asked for an exchange and it got approved. I asked how long it would take through email and they answered in a flash. The only reason im giving a 4 star is because the tag, box and wrapping paper were slightly damaged and the box had one small stain.
I got 2 products from Namshi. One of the product Vitamin C from La Roche. Was oxidised after using on face. After multiple calls and complaints.there was no action taken, nor anyone called from the coustomer service to take a note of it... It's been absolutely waste of money to shop from Namshi. Total disgusting service and horrible service
Items were delivered quickly, but when an issue arose to return one of the items for exchange customer service was very poor and no good solution was given. Overall unhappy with the customer service.

Namshi claimed my ordered item would have been delivered in 1-2 working days within the UAE. Since I have been waiting for my package a week now, I called customer service 3 times, they all told me the shipment would happen urgently and that I would get the package the evening I called, but next day I still havent got it. I called customer service again and today they told me it would not be possible to sent it by EOD. This is very unreliable, I needed this package within a certain time and I was counting on their claims of fast delivery.
I bought a pair of Calvin Klein sneakers and the packaging arrived in very bad condition! They just put the shoe box in a nylon bag and sent it to me. I'm lucky the shoe wasn't damaged, it's an expensive shoe. Please pay attention, namshi!.

I ordered a Love Moschino bag and it is fake. I assumed it was authentic as stated in their website, but the packaging and everything is obviously low quality: dust bag is not silk, it's a type of a cheap fabric and the name is just printed, no serial code. It is very obviously different to an authentic Moschino bag.
I made an order 4 days ago and still in process, i wrote many emails asking what is the problema and still not exaustive answer, i spent 900 $! And no one still can´t tell me if i Will receive my orders or cancel it and get back my money, if someone from Namshi read this please give me support: SA*******

1-2 working days they say, first time i ordered it was over 15 days and this time its been 4 already and counting, the customer service told me another 1-2 days but they dont estimate delivery date? They then asked to update my address and phone number as they said they didnt have but its right there in the account, just a delaying tactic i think. Also quite a few items they have for sale are not actually available even tho they are still currently being shown for sale with no notice of out of stock. Bad management from inventory to delivery to customer service handling. Dont buy from this site unless you really enjoy frustration
