Overall, I'm very satisfied with Namecheap…especially in that I can call and actually speak to a person. My only issue with them is that when I renewed my domain names, the fee for my email account came through separately a couple of weeks later, but it wasn't clear what exactly I had to renew, and what I had to do to renew it. That's when I contacted customer service. They patiently explained what it was, but I said it would have been better to lump the two things together so I had one transaction instead of two.
Other than this one thing, I highly recommend Namecheap!

Simple domain renewal transaction. Went smooth and fast, everything activated almost instantaneously. The user interface on their website could use some updating, but it's still very functional.
The information I asked for (regarding CNAME) and received from namecheap before ordering was fast and very detailed.
This information was the most important point for me in choosing namecheap out of the 4 or 5 registrars I had contacted.
