I "added" to my account and then I had to add the information all over again to pay. Why don't you just have a link that says "pay here to renew"?!?!? I was looking all over the screen for easily and quicker instructions. - Press to renew, pay here. Why am I adding to my account? I don't want a remaining balance. I just want to pay it in full and be done.
I had questions regarding how to link my domain with Squarespace, but every time I tried to get the broadly advertised "live person" support - I got a yellow sign that said that all agents were busy helping other customers, sorry for the inconvenience. That was vexing by itself.
So I sent support an email saying 'please help me do this" and I never got a specific reply to that query. The next day I tried the 'chat' feature and it worked. "Igor" was able to help me satisfactorily.
Gotta work on that response to confused customers part!
