Move from old host to new host was very smooth. FAQ was very informative, too. Extremely good value for the money. Hard not to appreciate it.

Old system was much easier and worked better. I typed in new info here and it went over the indicators for one. Should have become blank as I typed. Also name changes were FAR worse to complete than old system.
2) I was unaware that the name I choose did not come with the whois subscription I have become used to receiving with your services. Were it not for that, 5 star.
