Very easy and intuitive
Purchasing a domain was very easy and quick.
Bought a.guru domain, at a price that seems to be the cheapest around, but is still way too expensive considering the price of.coms etc. Tried to buy two domains, which failed twice, with namecheap.com refunding me on both occasions and advising that I try again the next day. However, within 20 minutes of my first attempt, someone else snapped up the second domain, that I guess they will now try to sell back to me at an even more inflated price. Hmmn...
I haven't bought a domain in a long time and I didn't trust the companies I see on t.v. NameCheap was recommended to me and I won't use another company but them.
