Don't waste your money with this company. They don't stand behind their products. I got a defective product, returned them at my expense, and didn't get a replacement or even a response to numerous emails/phone calls
I recently received a voucher from LivingSocial for this website. I ordered a set of headphones that got lost in the warehouse and couldn't get in contact with a customer service rep. They have no actual customer service rep to speak to and it took four days for them to respond to my email. I think this website is fraudulent and warrants investigation. I still have yet to receive my order and have taken further steps to have them investigated through LivingSocial as well.
Great product quality! Best part about this company is their shipping speed. First time I received an item purchased from a daily deal site in under 5 days.

I don't recommend anyone deal with this company. I had placed 3 orders for the white polypods headphones (iphone 5 and newerer style). I received the first 2 orders fine. I had also received the confirmation e-mail of shipment for the first 2 orders. However, I hadn't received the 3rd and final order. Nor did I receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. I contacted customer service and let them know all this, and I asked for the status of my missing order. Their response was this:
"Our system is showing as all 3 orders being delivered to you.
Sincerely,
Customer care"
Ok, so that didn't answer my question. I responded to that, and included the tracking information of the first 2 orders, which was sent to me vial e-mail from Ubertechy. I then asked for the missing order shipment tracking information (my assumption is if they truly did ship it as they claimed, they should have that shipment tracking information on record, as they did for the first 2 orders). I got no response to that e-mail. I waited a week and sent a follow up e-mail. No response. A week after that I sent a 4th e-mail, and no response. A week later I called the customer service line and left a message, and again, no response. These folks are unprofessional and unreliable. To ignore a customer request like that is just a poor sign on the company, and I would not recommend anyone do business with them.
