I was given this program by a close friend of mine. I was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that was given during my counseling session. I am so excited about being accepted into this program to becoming a homeowner. This assistance from NACA Counselors made me feel more comfortable and less stressed about this journey I am about to go on. They truly eased my mind to where now I am enjoying the process and not overthinking. During the whole initial consultation I was involved and not just sitting on the sidelines. I have recommended this program to my friends and family who also want to become homeowners. Let's get it work in and I can't wait to get those keys.

I'm exciting to say that I'm finally starting the NACA process! So it's been good, currently submitting all of my documents to become qualified! Yall better come get this no payment, no PMI, and bellow the market interest rates with the option to buy down your interest rate.

This program is meant for people who have the initiative to stick with it. You get ehat you put into it and you must be ready to advocate for yourself. I am so happy that I found this program and it provides so many opportunities to individuals that cannot go the conventional home ownership route. Special shout out to Ms. Brenda who is the best counselor that NACA has.

I took a break from he NACA process a couple years ago because I did not find the representative at that time to be very helpful. I have since rejoined in the past couple months and thankfully I have a representative that will go through in detail what is required.

NACA has been great in helping me navigate the process of becoming a homeowner! Natashia has been helping me from start to finish, and he is very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. The process is long but we'll worth the wait.

I'm totally speechless! I started with Naca in June 2017. I started actually building in October 2017 after finding the right lot. Customizing my home was definitely exciting from the custom floor plan to the upgraded floors. Jeff Wright southeastern construction (my builder)was definitely a pleasure to work with... along with my Realtor Keith Quigley. I give honor to god... he made all of this possible. Thanks to my family and friends for your support! Yay me,,, I'm a homeowner now!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 oh yeah my interest rate is 2.375! I would definitely recommend NACA to all my friends and family! Naca has truly made my dreams of homeownership come true. Thanks to all the Raleigh office staff that helped with my journey. No downpayment... no pmi... thank you Naca!

NACA is a wonderful program that helps people that otherwise couldn't afford down payment for a home become home owners. It involves a little bit of paper work but just be patient and stay with the program, keeping your ice on the price, which is a beautiful house below market price and at less than 2% APR. Wonderful counselors that are there to guide you all through the process. The wonderful thing about this program is that if you are not good at budgeting, I assure you that you will be a better manager of your income. Goooooooooo NACA.

NACA is a wonderful program. My counselor Tiffany Perkins has been very instrumental and thorough throughout navigation of the program. I have recommended NACA to many of my family members and peers and will continue. I'm thankful to have found such a resource.

NACA is an awesome program. I started the program a few months ago. My counselor is the best! She is knowledgeable and patient. I am so excited about the process and the opportunity to purchase my new home!

I just started my journey with NACA! I heard about it from my boyfriend and immediately started researching online. I attended a home buyer's workshop roughly a week and a half later and had all my initial docs uploaded into my portal a week after that! My counselor is friendly and thorough but tells it like it is. You DO have to work and be disciplined with your finances...save, save, save! In the end, the sweat and maybe tears will be worth it!

Naca is a program which allows you to buy a house with my down payment, no closing cost, no pmi and etc. This program helps you to recognize where/how your spending your money. It helps you to be accountable for your actions. It helped me to see where I was spending to much money and where I can save more. I would suggest this program to everyone. I haven't finished the program (bought my house) but I know, I will. And when I do, I know it will be with an amount I know I can afford.

I'm bummed due to my previous counselor leaving not only NACA but myself high and dry. I had to reach out to the CEO of NACA to get things rolling and that's when I learned my counselor up and left the company. How horrible is that? I do however, have a new counselor and he is more than making up for my previous shortfalls and poor communication. He is working hard and diligently to get me ready to become a home owner. I am happy with how it just stepped in and started working had for my cause. I would say to all that are going through NACA to ask questions to be sure you understand what is asked of you. I truly feel confident that my new counselor will get the job done and I will be a homeowner by the end of the year. Fingers crossed. Our meetings with our counselor has been awesome. We finally feel like homeownership is not a distant dream with this group. If you want to own a home, I strongly recommend NACA and this group to help you through the process

When I was thinking of buying a house, I was looking at many home buying programs. But a friend of mine told me that it would be much better if I started NACA. In fact, I find NACA is the best home buying program I've ever seen, with no down payment, no closing cost, and have more benefits. I am very happy that counselors also advise carefully and clearly. My counselor, Megan Evans, is very helpful, helping people to become homeowners.

Recently I was introduced to the NACA program by a friend, since then I had been to a very interesting workshop with them. I feel very hopeful that this is going to be a very rewarding program and that it will be a great opportunity to owning your own home. I have done my research and I will not take no for an answer, neither will I get carried away by any negative thoughts, but instead gain my own experience to share with others and I am feeling very positive that I may be able to own a house through their effort. My process so far took on a great start, my counselor seems very knowledgeable and I am waiting on his direction towards the next step in the buying process.

I have been in the NACA program for over two years. It takes a lot of patience, but I can say that the profs far outweigh the cons. In this economy and interest rate, housing is at all time high unaffordable level. NACA makes it slightly easier to afford a house by giving less than market average interest rate, no down payment, no closing costs, no PMI and one can also buy down the percentage rate. I've shopped around and I can say there's nothing that compares to NACA, which is why I'm still sticking it out years later. My housing counselor is amazing and makes the process easier. When I put in an offer on houses on weekends, she always gets me everything I need to do so in a timely manner. It takes a lot of patience and cooperation, but I have recommended NACA to several people because the benefits outweigh the cons.

I am in a process of completing the NACA homeownership program and it has been an amazing experience! As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially overwhelmed by the process of purchasing a home, but the program provided me with all the resources and support I needed to navigate the process with ease.

The program included a comprehensive workshop course that covered everything from budgeting and saving for a down payment to selecting the right home and securing financing. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, answering all of my questions and providing guidance whenever I needed it.
