I have 2 seperate areas to review.
1. Being the daily banking needs within branch - the staff are great BUT they do seem to need another member to assist during busy periods. Staff are informative and knowledgable.
2. Home Loan Application - If you have a home loan with NAB this just makes your general banking life alot simpler. The manager that was there was amazing we hadnt met anyone like him before and unfortunatley he left which is a big loss to the business as he was fantastic (i think his name was Ben), however we couldnt believe our luck as we were going to refinance that the lady now doing the home loans Carly is just as good if not better.
The app is ok - sometimes a bit glitchy but overall does the job.
Website - currrent update is much better previously it was very hard to find anything. Alot simpler now.
