First two times it would not process at all and the contact information was not helpful as it was a circular response and if no confirmation number it was not helpful. Is due with the credit card but no message came up other than repeated requests for text confirmation or email of the cc than the site would spin n go back to the request. Very frustrating and worrying cause could not tell if the booking went through or not
