I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves a public warning. In my opinion, MyTickets.ae is the most unhelpful and obstructive "agent" I've dealt with in years.

I used MyTickets.ae for a Royal Jordanian booking, not realizing that you only discover how bad a travel agent truly is when you face a crisis. My sister passed away on the exact day of my scheduled return flight (17 August 2025), and I immediately tried to change the tickets for myself, my wife, and our two infants. I submitted six separate change requests through MyTickets.ae. Every single one was rejected because they "couldn't find" a single suitable flight. No real effort, no alternatives, no support. I was forced to buy new tickets on a different airline during a bereavement.

When I submitted a refund request, they initially said a refund was possible but asked for extra documents because of a family-name discrepancy. I provided everything – death certificate, translations, proof of brotherhood, the official family-name change document, and proof of relationship with my wife and children. They asked for these documents again and again, as if nobody bothers to read what the customer already submitted. I called many times to follow up and explain, spent a lot of money on calls, and their customer service was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me multiple times while pretending they "could not hear me."

After all that, they suddenly came back saying a refund is not possible, only date changes without penalty. So I said fine – let's change the date. Then they refused again, citing a one-year ticket validity rule. So I said fine – let's change the date within that one-year window. On 25 November I submitted a new date-change request. And guess what? Nothing. Nine days passed (so far!) with zero action. They just keep dragging things out, as if their entire business model is to make the process so exhausting that you simply give up.

MyTickets.ae is, in my experience, the definition of a time-wasting, unresponsive, unreliable agent that disappears the moment you actually need help. Smooth when you're buying, but once there's a problem – especially something as serious and emotional as a bereavement – their true rusty metal shows. I will never trust them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you're willing to gamble with your money, your time, and your sanity.

This agency is a complete fraud! They take your money and vanish. I requested a refund months ago and never received a single reply. Their phone lines are always off, and emails go unanswered. It's impossible to reach anyone for help. They lure customers with cheap prices but disappear once payment is made. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional and dishonest company. Please, save your money and avoid this scam agency at all costs. They should be reported and shut down immediately!

I bought two tickets for a flight. Arriving to the airport we found that the flight did not exist and that Mytickets failed to complete the reservation properly. Mytickets did not refund us for the two tickets.

It's a fraud! Beware.
Thay canceled my tickets and never gave me back my 1000$ refund. You cant reach them they are only writing you back apologizing answer from chatGPT.

The worst service I have never seen from any agent, They issued two side ticket (DMM to COK) <> (COK to DMM) after two days they cancelled one side tickets (COK to DMM) without my conformation and knowledge did not even refund me. When i called the airline to changing the return tickets dates of my travel, The airline informed me that my booking is been cancelled by the gent(Mytickets.ae). After informing "My tickets" they did not take any action and did not refund even have the ethics to reply to us on our concern.

These scammers told me that the refunded amount is 100, they are scammers and thiefs. Do not buy with this agency

I tried to book a ticket on mytickets.ae from Abu Dhabi to Amman. Once I received the OTP and clicked on the payment icon, the page froze. The amount of the ticket was withdrawn from my bank account yet the ticket isn't booked. (The page froze, the payment was withdrawn from my account but the ticket wasn't booked). It was an urgent flight so i had to book another ticket. When i contact the customer services I don't get any help. Do not use this website at any cost! It is a scam!

They are not customer friendly at all. I had to make some changes in flight, they said it will take 72 hours. In today's time who takes 72 hours to make changes in flight. They don't have any option on their website where you can do any changes yourself. You have to totally depend on their customer service.

On the top of that no one picks their customer service contact number if you tried calling them. It always its busy and to wait and call gets cut automatically after 15-20 mins. Their online chat service is talking to wall. For all your questions in the world they have one answer "to wait for the information to your e-mail address.".

NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM. Even they are offering tickets for free. Forget cheap...
