I ordered a stainless chimney cap, paid with a card, and... 20 days later I am still waiting to receive the item. I've emailed Monica twice with no response at all. No communications, no order received, no service whatsoever. Don't deal with them.

Watch out for these shysters! I ordered an Eccotemp L5 tankless water heater on-line from MyRubberneck.com 7 weeks ago, and when it was not delivered after 10 days, I inquired as to why. None of my several emails and phone messages were ever returned. Though this company promises low prices and prompt delivery, you almost certainly will lose your money to them, and never receive the ordered product. Funds were immediately deducted from my bank account -- I made the mistake of using a debit card for my "purchase" -- but the company hasn't the decency to respond promptly (or at all) to paying customers' concerns. MyRubberneck has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (can't get lower than that), with 26 complaints against it. Make that 27; as I filed my own BBB complaint against the company 2 weeks ago. I also filed a complaint against MyRubberneck.com with the Federal Trade Commission. It's amazing the company's principle owner has not yet been thrown behind bars, but maybe the FTC will, in time, take that well-deserved and proper course of action. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, MyRubberneck still has the 119 hard-earned dollars taken from my bank account, and I have no reasonable recourse to ever seeing those funds again. That's called theft, and the folks at MyRubberneck.com should do time for their crimes. Worst thing about it: I could have obtained the L5 water heater direct from the manufacturer -- or numerous other dealers, including Amazon -- for the same price offered by MyRubberneck. Forewarned is forearmed: look at all the negative feedback on the web against this company. Don't deal with them. You'll save yourself a lot of money -- and a lot of grief -- in the end.

Placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have tried numerous emails and phone calls with no response at all. We have finally requested a refund since we can not get any info on the order... Do not do business with these so called merchants! Pay the extra $5 and place your order with a reputable seller.

This site doesn't reveal it's shipping cost until the transaction is submitted, and then won't answer their phone or return e-mails if you need to cancel or discuss the transaction. Very unprofessional and although they claim 100% satisfaction, they lie. STAY AWAY. I was duped on an item that was shown as low cost of $108, but when they stuck $29. Shipping on it after the order was submitted, it wasn't
Much of a low cost because other sites sell the same item with Free shipping.

Ordered a roof rack for my jeep. Paid with my debit card, which they immediately processed. I received an email confirming my order... then nothing. Two weeks and many many calls and emails later I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. Their response was I "need to contact my credit card company and cancel." As I said... I used a debit card. THEY have to credit my account, which they haven't done. My complaint is still active at the BBB. They have 22 complaints on file with the BBB... over half in the last year. The BBB rates them as a C- company. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is regarding the ECCOTEMP FV12 water heater i bought through this site!

"Stay away, the unit started having problems within a year, occasional explosions, then started leaking. ( you would think they would have demanded i send the unit back right away) I went back and forth with support and how they wanted to send me parts. It drug on until the unit went out of warranty, after complaining the unit was having issues since BEFORE it went out of warranty they offered to repair it. I had to pay for shipping and return shipping... $80 worth!. As soon as i put water to the "repaired" unit it started leaking AGAIN. They insist they repaired it at the factory and that the Pics i sent of the leak was "inclusive" and that they would send me a replacement part IF the leak was coming from the part they replaced, but would NOT honor it as a warranty issue, All they cared about is that it is NOW out of warranty. The Fact that there is an EMail trail that dates back to before the warranty expired did NOT matter to them. This company wants you to buy thier product and expect YOU to be the repair person... if the time to fix the unit goes beyond the warranty period,,,, they kick you to the curb! HORRIBLE!

I ordered and paid (PayPal) for a large and expensive item from Myrubberneck.com. The item was scheduled to ship the next morning. I decided during the night that I made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order before it shipped. I called the next morning and left several messages and an email saying that I wish to cancel the order. I received a call from Mark in less than two hours. After explaining to him that I did not do my homework on the item and wanted to cancel, he agreed to cancel my order. I received a credited to my PayPal account within a half an hour for the full amount. I recommend and I will do business with Myrubberneck.com in the future.
