Terrific disappointment
Created and sent two "MyPostcard.com" postcards while I was in Prague, with addressees in Florida. A full week later, there has not been the supposed notification that they actually did print and send, nor have either of the people received the card.
I feel like I would have done better to mail a physical card!
I've sent a few postcards now and everyone loves them. Something special about getting a card in the mail especially was a picture from a friend. Really great price I'm sure I will be sending many more cards in the near future.
I send all my vacation photos as postcards and my Granny loves them.
She doesn't have social media so it's the perfect way to show her what is happening in my life.
Also, my Mom loved it too and I officially made it on her fridge.
Not only the website but also the MyPostcard app is so easy to use.
I used this app the make personalized thank you cards for my wedding. I was shocked to learn that about 80% of my cards never arrived. Customer service has not answered the phone for the entire day and I am waiting for a call back.
Ten days later, and they still haven't shipped.
I thought I was ordering a $2 post card and apparently it was $2 in another world, not australian.
However, the link that brought me to this joke of a website said that they were working with the Australian Post Office.
They charged me $5plus chump change for 1 post card. I went along with it because I wanted the thing done. I did it for 2 cards.
I do not know the status of these post cards that cost me more than double what I intended to spend.
My favorite postcard service. I already have sent 4 postcards, and 2 of them were totally free because of promo codes and friend codes.
They ship cards very fast to Germany, so I'm very grateful for the opportunity to cheer up my BAE with a cute postcard on our important dates.
Support is very nice too - once I had problems with payment, so we contacted and quiclky solved the problem. So if comething goes wrong - contact the support, they will help you.
If you want access to their API to automate your postcard sending you need to spend a minimum amount, problem is this isn't mentioned on their website, nor did their sales team bother to specify this up front before wasting my time with documentation to read through!
I've tried this service 3 separate occasions. 2 out of 3 orders there were problems. First order never arrived. Company tried to tell me that it can take up to 6 weeks - it had been 3 months. They offered to resent the card-but it was a Christmas card - so it was pointless to resend. The 2nd order was ordered on Jan 24 and ONLY postmarked on March 10th - despite their email saying it would ship in 24 hours and take 6 business days. DO not USE THIS SERVICE. I've used other card order sites that have NEVER had these issues.
One of my favorite apps that I'm constantly recommending to all my friends, personalized postcards are very quickly created and shipped, I use the app on every holiday and in between.
