He was better before he did business with trump. Don't get me wrong, he had a good product but it dropped off when he lost his sight on the public. I'm never buying his product any more or even telling someone else to buy. Buy if you like but I don't have any faith in him any more. We ordered Mysheets King Split when the package arrived it was missing one King Split sheet (Should have two per package) I sent an email and received a response that stated that I could buy a set but no offer to fix the error. Buyer Beware
WOW! I wish there was 10 stars. Never in all my life (no kidding) have I had better customer service. My sheets had some in perfection. I called on a Wednesday afternoon. I immediately got a free return label in my email. First thing Thursday morning I got email that my new sheets had shipped & I received them Saturday. Doesn't get any better than that & I LOVE my sheets.
The Mypillow products are pillows and sheets. Nice enough but not better than any other vendor. Problem I have with MyPillow is that the money earned is going to support the installation of a dictator in america against the vote of over 80 million voters. This is a Hitler play and no way I can support such a company.
Every product I buy is very high quality and it arrives in about a week. Towels are superb. Pillows are very comfortable. I will be buying more MyPillow products and recommend you do too.
This pillow, filled with chopped foam, is the worst! In addition to me, 3 other family members tried it for several weeks. Each said it was the worst pillow they had ever used. DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY!
Absolutely does not live up to hype. Husband bought one for me as experiencing neck problems. Made issues considerably worse. Impossible to retain shape if you change position and do not even think about washing! Nearly wrecked my very expensive washing machine even though followed all instructions to the letter. Unfortunately past the 60 days refund before I even attempted to wash it. Thankfully not getting a refund not the end of the world for me, but expensive nevertheless.

I called my pillow around 12noon EST today to check on my order. I was confused because FEDEX had send me a notification that my order would be delivered at close of day yesterday and it didn't arrive. The woman at MyPillow I spoke with was beyond rude and eventually hung up on me because I challenged her to find my order and she didn't know where it was. She said she couldn't tell me anything different than FEDEX. She wouldn't let me finish before she continually interrupted me. Her tone was rude and she was condescending towards me. I felt like I was speaking to some kind of entitled person who could care less what I had to say. I will not be ordering from this company ever again. They took my money, I still don't have my order, I was treated badly by the rep and I waited on hold for 30 min.to get someone on the phone. This is why people order from Amazon. I Thought I would be a good sport and order from an American company... well not if I'm going to be treated like this.
After months of not getting my order and contacting the company they would not replace my order cause they said it had been over 30 days. Finally after a few months they show up and they don't support you at all and always have to pull cotton and fluff over and over. Save your money and don't buy this crap.
My pillow is a big ripoff! I bought a pillow at family dollar store for $5 that was way better, also the man is a traitor to our country who is making money for $#*!, several people have burned his pillows and hope he burns in hell

Pillows are not made in the us, some foreign country that has the cheapest labor rate 45 cents per hour. Cost to make each pillow materials and labor is 1.85. Mike inflation of what he charges for profit ratio is 500,000 to 1 unheard of. These cleaply made pillows are way over price. He could sell each pillow for 5.00 each and still be very profiable. Better business bureau gives mike a F rating. Rating are not good. There are some good, but think about this, if you owned a company with bad ratings, what can you do about it. Answer is obvious, stage the review by your self useing fake names or have your friends give fake comments. Bottom line My Pillow is not even close to the best. Don't be fooled by his foreign parts of the world take that know one has even heard of. Wow it sounds great but it's just a ear full of nothing
My Pillow Company has been taken out of retail stores. We order pillows to help support My Pillow Company. I guess the company is to big to care about there customers. I waited on hold for over 2 hours total to speak to someone and the customer service representative tried arguing with me. What Karen should of done was see what was going on with our order. They take 3 weeks to delivered your pillows. You may not want to order from here.The service is terrible. I will not order from them again. There are other great companies that will be glad to have customers. They should retrain there customer service representatives.
I love my plow because it supports my neck comfortably. They can beceasily fluffed up as needed and are like new. I love them.
After years of pain and two major neck surgeries I have finally found the perfect pillow that allows me to sleep comfortable and flat and is the best pillow ive ever had. I've been waking up with extreme neck and shoulder pain for the past three years. I've exercised, changed my diet, stretched, done yoga. It was to the point that I was in so much pain I was irritable throughout the day and snapping at my loved ones. When I got the my pillow, after one night I noticed a significant difference. After the second night, my pain was completely gone. I had a hard time spending this much money on a pillow, but I'm telling you, as long as you get the appropriate filling level for what you desire, it's entirely worth it. Especially if you suffer from neck shoulder and back pain. I was amazed at the difference that I felt. Yes, this pillow is a little bit pricey, But if someone had told me that I had to spend $100 on a pillow to 100% get rid of my neck and back pain guaranteed, I'd jump on it. And I'm telling you, this pillow absolutely worked for me. I was amazed. One thing though, I purchased a medium level filling, and it was a bit soft. I'd say if you're looking for medium level firmness, go with the next level firmer. I probably could've handled a little bit firmer, but I'm going to stay with the medium because my pain is completely gone. If it's not broke don't fix it, right?
After trying several other pillows at various price ranges, I tried MyPillow. The first night was the most comfortable and restful night's sleep I've had in a long time. I've been using the pillow now for almost three months and it's fantastic. No more neck and back pain in the morning!
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
