I ordered an umbrella from this company. I received a confirmation email that thanked me for my purchase. In TWO MINUTES, I receive another email CANCELLING my order. I sent an email to customer service asking them WHY they had cancelled my order. So far, nothing, no response. This is NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. AVOID THESE PEOPLE! C. Peele, North Carolina
Lucky to get a one! I ordered the jumper online, received the jumper in the wrong size. Sent pictures to the company and they said they had filled the order with the wrong size as they had ran out of the the size I ordered. Now I have to send back at my cost because they didn't do the right thing and issue a refund in the beginning. Zero customer service. I have been chasing a refund since early May and still no joy.
I ordered a hoodie from this company. On the delivery date, it said it would arrive at a certain time at MY MAILBOX it's been 3 days and my item is still nowhere to be found. I've emailed them numerous times and they gave me the same run around over and over again telling me I'm not getting my item and to ask my mailman and postal office. When I shouldn't have to do that in the first place because it's supposed to be at MY MAILBOX as yall told me it would be. I just want my money back but when I asked for my money they completely disregarded my question telling me I would get a discount. This is stupid because I already wasted my money on the first item and you want me to buy another item using a "discount ". This is a SCAM I want my item or money back
I purchased two cajon drums and pedals. They shipped me a sting mask and now they are telling me I have to wait for the mask to arrive so they can refund my money. They have done this before. Working the system with Walmart's third party seller on Walmart.com
The buyer sent us a message and we immediately offered a refund for the mistake, the product was fixed and the refund was issued the same day.
I ordered an item from them through their partnership with Walmart on December 2. I got an email with the UPS scan on December 4th and nothing since. I tried calling the customer service number to only be told that I need to send an email instead because through that phone number they can't help (wtf?). I've sent an email and still waiting on a response. I either want my item immediately or I want my order cancelled and my money REFUNDED!

I purchased the big Lebowski outfit. I received it and the coloring was different than what was on their website. I was OK with that because it looked enough like the costume to wear. After one wear the stitching started unraveling from waist line. I contacted customer service and was told they would not help me. Basically as is!
Seller is illiterate and uncooperative for returns. Tried canceling my order but they said the order was already processed and out for shipping within few hours after order. Seller refuses to cancel the order and does not accept returns.

We can always accept your return, it's not possible to cancel an order when the shipping process has started but the option to return it is always available and we even send a return form in the order when we send it.
Ordered the Guts Super Aggro Crag "trophy" to use as our fantasy football league's trophy. Product cost $60.00 and was described as "This is the real deal! It is full-sized just like the Aggro Crag won by the contestants on the show." Based on that description and the $60.00 price, I was expecting the item to be made of acrylic or some other type of heavy plastic and be a close facsimile of the trophy presented to contestants on the show. Instead, I received something that was literally made of styrofoam and is light as a feather. It's just a piece of styrofoam painted green. After I received it I told the rest of the league how underwhelming it was and that we should return it but they wanted to see it for themselves first, so by the time we got together for the draft and they saw how pathetic the item was it was 10 days past the company's 45-day return policy. When I asked that they honor my return & refund request they responded that the 45-day policy would be adhered to in order to ensure uniformity with all customers. $60 for a piece of literal styrofoam. Total joke. Product description was horribly misleading. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Awful DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! Seriously? Mailing an action figure in a plastic bag with zero protection. I immediately marked it return to sender and dropped it into the mailbox. This was over a year ago. I keep getting the same BS from them. BUYER BEWARE!
We contacted the buyer to request more information since we didn't find emails or messages regarding a problem with the order. In the rare case that a product is damaged we never request a return, we immediately refund the customer in full.
It says 5 stars but it should be 10. I needed a last minute a halloween costume. Google sent my to mypartyshirt and they saved the day. I won the costume contest at the bar! <3
Ordered a Halloween costume and paid for express shipping. Contacted them BEFORE ordering to make sure that they would be able to deliver in time. Was told no problem, 1-3 business days. A week has passed and nothing... I was without a costume for the Halloween party. Extremely frustrating. No costume and stuck with a huge bill.

Ordered 5 cartons of party snaps. Received 5 boxes of party snaps. No customer service. Contacted google express and they agreed product listing was a sham and refunded my money. My bad for not reading the reviews before I ordered.

My brother sent me a link to this site and I could tell right away that this was the store I'd been looking for for a while. Their selection is right up my alley. I ordered 2 shirts and a mug and everything came as I ordered within 3 days. I'll be returning for more for Valentine's day gifts.
I called the website to find out if I could have my shirts shipped out the same day of order to get them in time for the weekend. Denisse from MyPartyShirt.com was incredibly helpful and expedited our shipment so we could get the shirts in time. We did pay for the express shipping method but the shirts came in less than 2 days. Great service and a helpful staff on the phone. Highly recommend. If you have any problems just call they are happy to work with you.

We provided with a confirmation of the carrier (a third party) showing that the item was delivered, still the customer said he didn't have it so we did issue a full refund for him, we never disregarded his emails, and we fixed the situation as soon as we could.
