I bought a hoodie a long time ago and the quality of the product was just perfect. I loved it so much that we decided to buy more hoodies to use them as a team, fast shipping and the product came in excellent conditions.
Awful company. Even worse customer service. Ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift over a month ago that was never received. Was told it was delivered and to take it up with the postal service. "Customer service" agent also refused to run through another order for me with express shipping (that I was willing to pay for). There was no supervisor available to speak with either. Just someone with a very thick accent that was hard to understand. I will continue to blast this company on every outlet possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Probably the best online shopping experience ive ever had. Their products are so fun and i got my product sooner than they said they would get it to me. The shirt and hat i got fit just as i had hoped. I will be back again for Halloween to grab a costume. <3 <3 <3

When I needed a last minute Christmas gifts this year I wound up on mypartyshirt.com I was in love with the stuff they had on the website. I saw the good reviews, so I put faith in them it would arrive in time. I really wanted to make sure it reached me in time for Christmas so I placed the order over the phone. They were informative and friendly in putting my order through. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a day earlier than promised. I will definitely be back the next time I need a gift.
I ordered some coffee mugs and received them all in a timely fashion with no complaints. They had great customer service and I will be a return customer.

I put it my order more than a week ago. Their site gave some error during order but I received confirmation that they charged me through Paypal. I tried contacting them by email and through the website to confirm the order. I never got an order confirmation. I had PAID EXTRA SHIPPING to receive it quick as well. To this day (that I needed the package by), there has been no response or shipment.

I bought the Legends of the Hidden Temple "green monkey" t-shirt to wear for halloween. I also bought the matching name tag and temple token. All of them were as expected. Shipping took 3 or 4 days.
This website has the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered 10 shirts for halloween a couple of years back, and chose express shipping (the shipping said 5-7 business days). I ordered these shirts 2 weeks prior to halloween. Throughout those 2 weeks, I emailed them since that is the only way to contact them, and they told me they had no tracking number on my items (I later called the U.S. post office and they said a package like that requires a tracking number). Well, I didn't receive these shirts by halloween, and could not get an answer from them where they were. I called my credit card company after a month of not receiving them and had them refund me my money. I asked my credit card company what I should do if the shirts happened to show up and they said to refuse the delivery. Well, nearly 2 months later, the shirts showed up, so I refused them. Next thing I know, I look at my credit card statement and they are re-charged to my account, and I don't have the shirts. I finally talked to someone who worked for Mypartyshirt and told them about this, and they said since I didn't send them back to the company the correct way, they would keep the shirts AND still charge me for them! They gave me this example when I talked to them..."Say you bought a loaf of bread from a grocery store, then walked out of the store, then turned around and came back in and put the loaf of bread back on the shelf and left and then came back and asked for the loaf back since you paid for it, the grocery store wouldn't give you the loaf of bread back." That is the most ridiculous example I have heard from a "Professional" business ever... I had the receipt and proof that they received the items back... So all in all, I recommend you choose to do your shopping elsewhere because they will just screw you in the long run. I found out the hard way...$178 poorer!
